Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging (especially important for delicate items like our Embellished Dresses or Garden Party Dresses)
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale items (clearly marked in product description)
- Personalized or altered items
- Evening Tops, Blouses, and intimate apparel tried on without protective clothing
- Any item not in its original condition
