At Wallys Store, we want you to love every Floral Dress, Belted Dress, or Casual Top as much as we loved selecting it for our collection. However, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be needed. Our policy is designed with the same care we put into curating our Autumn & Winter Dresses collection.
Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging (for delicate items like our Embellished Dresses)
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Evening Tops, Blouses, or any intimate apparel that has been tried on without protective clothing.
How to Return or Exchange
- Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange (see template below).
- Wait for authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours (weekdays) with return instructions.
- Package your item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. For delicate items like our Garden Party Dresses, we recommend additional protective wrapping.
- Ship your return: Send the package to our returns center at:

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where we’ve sent the wrong item or there’s a quality issue. For international returns (outside UK), please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost of the replacement item.
Exchange Process
Prefer a different size or color of our Fit and Flare Dresses or Black Trousers?
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved
If the exchange item is of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale items (clearly marked in product description)
- Personalized or altered items
- Evening Tops and intimate apparel that has been tried on without protective clothing
- Any item not in its original condition
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Gold Dresses or other items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement.
